Bagel Works is Brookings’ only full serve bagel shop. Featuring 15 varieties of bagels, 10 varieties of cream cheese along with breads and croissants, Bagel Works proves to be the best option for breakfast and lunch. Accompanying the bagels is our full line of espresso drinks, soups and salads along with an endless variety of sandwich options. Bagel works has been in its present location for more than ten years, and has become a staple for many local residents, SDSU students and a favorite of many visitors.
